Accessibility

A website designed to be easier to use.

LEWU Health Services is committed to improving digital access for people with disabilities and to making important website information available through practical, usable experiences.

Our approach

We work to support keyboard navigation, readable contrast, meaningful headings, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review new features and important user pathways with usability and accessibility in mind.

Supported interaction

The website is designed so core navigation and forms can be used without a mouse, text can reflow across common screen sizes, and interactive controls provide clear labels and states.

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
  • Visible focus states
  • Semantic headings and landmarks
  • Alternative text or decorative treatment for images
  • Responsive layouts for zoom and smaller screens

Need information in another format?

If a page, document, form, or website feature is difficult to use, contact LEWU so we can help provide the information or route you to another accessible way to complete the task.

Accessibility feedback

When reporting an accessibility problem, it is helpful to include the page address, what you were trying to do, the device or browser you were using, and a brief description of the barrier.

You can also call LEWU at +1 (301)-569-2585 for assistance.
